You can start walking after a week of rhinoplasty, but you should walk very slowly.

Three weeks after your rhinoplasty, you can gradually increase your walking speed, lift light weights, or even do exercises such as yoga.

Try to avoid bending and lifting heavy objects for a month after rhinoplasty, but after three months you can start heavier exercises.

Once 6 months have passed since your rhinoplasty, you can still do heavy sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, and swimming without any restrictions; But keep in mind to avoid wrestling and doing sports such as wrestling for up to 1 year.

Do not forget to avoid any direct blows to your nose for a year and avoid sports such as boxing for a year.
